Lama sungguh cik nolie xpost resepi dan update kat blog. Baru selesai urusan berpindah kerumah baru. Alhamdulillah walaupun kecik sikit dari rumah sewa lama tapi sendiri punya..hehe.
Hari ni cik nolie nak share resepi 'Eggless Tiramisu'. Resepi ni cik nolie dapat dari Siti Hajar Ahmat rakan di EWA..resepi asal dari Fatimah Bujang. Cik nolie cut and paste je resepi asal dalam bahasa inggeris ni supaya x tertinggal pape. Resepinye mudah tapi kena sabar bab mengaturnye. Selamat mencuba.

Eggless Tiramisu
250g whipping cream (cik nolie guna 200g je)
500g cream cheese (suka la nak guna jenama apa..tp paling sedap mascarpone)
2 tbsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp icing sugar (kalau suka manis boleh tambah ye)
3 tbsp nescafe
1 ½ cup hot water
2 pkt sponge fingers
500g cream cheese (suka la nak guna jenama apa..tp paling sedap mascarpone)

Method
Beat whipped cream and cream cheese in separate bowls. Then combine together with icing sugar and vanilla essence. Let cool in refrigerator.
Mix coffee and hot water together. Soak sponge fingers and line into glass cups. Pipe some cream over and repeat with sponge fingers. DO it for 2 or 3 layers and cover the top with cream. Dust with cocoa powder. Serve cold.
